12 uniquely designed town homes adjacent to the new Museum of Contemporary Art-Denver being designed by Adjaye Associates London and slated for completion in late 2006 and the new Monarch Mills Lofts, also designed by Studio Completiva.

Limited by the site of 1.37 acres at 15th Street & Delgany, the Studio Completiva design team was challenged to maximize available square footage per unit while incorporating privacy and amenities one would expect in a private residence while creating a sense of community in a dense urban setting through an innovative common space and adjoined garden patio areas.
