With offices in downtown Denver and the Vail Valley, Davis Partnership serves clients located throughout Colorado and the West. Our firm offers specialized expertise in particularly demanding building types, as well as generalized design and management skills which allow us to excel in a wide variety of project types.
Founded in 1967, Davis Partnership is a continuation of a Denver practice that began in the 1890's. Today the firm is one of the largest multi-disciplinary architectural firms in the Rocky Mountain Region.

Through a high-level of care and commitment Mr. Erickson provides experienced leadership, solid project management, and imaginative, responsible design to each of his projects. Experienced in a broad spectrum of commercial project types ? civic and public buildings, healthcare facilities, hospitality, sports and recreation, and research facilities ? he offers particular strength and expertise in both educational facilities and the renovation of aged buildings. In addition to leading a variety of architectural project types, Mr. Erickson manages a significant portion of the firm?s medical tenant improvement projects.
Many projects in which he has had considerable involvement have required an accelerated design and construction schedule, and an innovative approach to delivering the project on-budget. Immersed in the practice of commercial architecture since 1984, Mr. Erickson brings experience and knowledge to bear on issues concerning construction methods, material durability, and their relative value. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Mr. Erickson offers a pragmatic approach to sustainable design using both passive and active concepts and systems.
Throughout his education and professional career, Mr. Erickson has taken advantage of opportunities to live and work in Europe and a number of different regions in the United States. He earned his architectural degree from the University of Texas at Austin; completed his professional residency program at an American architectural firm based in Rome, Italy; spent his first five years of professional practice at a nationally renowned architectural firm in Cambridge, Massachusetts; and, worked in other regions of the mid-west before moving to the Denver area in 1990. Direct exposure to a variety of historic and regional vernaculars has enhanced his ability to respond to challenging design problems with creative and sound solutions.
Mr. Probst leads design teams in a wide variety of educational, commercial, residential, public assembly, and healthcare projects. He has directed projects totaling nearly one billion dollars in construction volume, and those projects have received fifteen prominent design awards from local and national organizations. Mr. Probst's focus lies in leading design teams towards innovation solutions for complex problems. He encourages an open, highly interactive design process which better respond to client goals, and the physical context of their surroundings. He maintains excellent working relationships with contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies throughout the front range of Colorado. Mr. Probst joined Davis Partnership in 1991.
Mr. Rhyne is one of the leading healthcare and research facility architects in the Rocky Mountain Region. A founding member of the American College of Healthcare Architects, Mr Rhyne has been responsible for the design of six new "Greenfield" hospitals and hundreds of thousands of square feet of healthcare additions/ renovations and Medical Office Buildings. In addition to his work in healthcare, Mr. Rhyne has been responsible for over a million square feet of research and biotech facilities, two areas which require a great deal of expertise and energy in consensus building. His unique insight and remarkable skill achieve the best possible result for each client. Mr. Rhyne has been with Davis Partnership since 1978.
Mr. Adams has lead design teams on health care, education and commercial projects throughout the Western United States. Licensed in 17 states he works with a strong network of continuing clients. He was instrumental in developing Davis Partnership's master planning approach. His three decades of health care experience has often been tapped by numerous professional groups including the AIA Committee on Architecture for Health, the Health Care Forum and the Association of Operating Room Nurses.
In 1999 Mr. Adams opened up Davis Partnership's Vail Valley office responding to growing opportunities to provide our design quality and commitment to client services to the Colorado mountains. His studios continue to be recognized with design awards, innovation, satisfied clients, and diversity of project types. Mr. Adams has been with Davis Partnership since 1975.
Mr. Brown has been project manager and designer on numerous projects in higher education, commercial, and healthcare facilities. Prior to joining the firm, he was recognized as the Lebraun Fellow (New York AIA) and in a Paris Prize Competition. He has been with Davis Partnership since 1971.
Mr. Scott has experience in all phases of architecture, including design, management, planning, construction documents, and construction administration with an emphasis on design, master planning, and graphic communication. He has been Designer and Principal on a number of healthcare, laboratory, institutional, educational and commercial projects, including several Kaiser Permanente medical facilities, projects for the Swedish Hospital campus, St. Anthony Central and numerous projects for FirstBank and the University of Denver teaching laboratories and Science Building.
Mr. Scott's focus lies in the programming, planning and design of major projects, coordinating all exterior design elements, campus design issues, functional issues and plan forms. His visionary architectural drawings have been exhibited in Denver area galleries and acquired and exhibited in the Denver Art Museum ?Paper Architecture? exhibition. Mr. Scott joined Davis Partnership in 1986.
Lynn Moore directs the Planning and Landscape Architectural division of the firm where she oversees all master planning and site development efforts. She is skilled in representing client interests to governing agencies, neighborhood organizations, and public interest groups and in obtaining zoning changes and other entitlements required for facility development.
During her professional career, Ms. Moore has served as the lead Planner and Landscape Architect for numerous projects for both private and public clients. Years of experience in land use planning for both new and redevelopment sites has provided her with an understanding of the public and private decision-making processes and effective methods for managing the public input processes key to successful developments.
Mr. Nevin has directed the design, documentation and construction administration of numerous major projects. His management skills have resulted in projects being delivered within tight budget and schedule constraints. Mr. Nevin?s focus and interest lie in leading the design team toward innovative solutions for complex projects. Mr. Nevin?s experience includes all phases of architecture, including programming, master planning, schematic design, construction documents and construction administration. Mr. Nevin brings his commitment to excellence, innovation, and integrity to each project to ensure client satisfaction.
