Denver, CO
The three residences are configured on two levels. The first level is split into two 'duplex' type residences with front and rear patios. The second level contains a single 'penthouse' unit spanning over the two first level units. This unit is defined by a large barrel vaulted roof made up of arched glu-lam beams and a stained wood tongue and groove ceiling. The design allows for a warm spacious living environment. Light coves accentuate the unique construction of the residence. The lofted scale allows for large scale windows opening out to a terrace which captures the downtown views.
