Located in the hills of Pasadena, the major renovation and addition of this 1960s, post-and-beam residential residence is defined by cruciform plan and folded roof plane. Floor to ceiling openings provide a seamless connection between the inside and outside. The ceilings and eaves are clad in naturally aged, tongue-and-groove redwood to tie the old and new together.
