This 8,000 SF tenant improvement involved a challenging mix of Training rooms , Productions labs, associated technical support rooms, conference rooms and administrative offices. Demolition of some existing build-out revealed 15 feet tall ceilings and heavy timber construction. Custom aluminum furnishings, wall panels and signage were to provide a fresh identity for the new tenant.
