The main living space is on the upper floor, providing spectacular views of the city, the Space Needle, and Elliott Bay over the neighboring roof-scape. The lower two floors are clad in a modular cementitious rainscreen and are a base for the upstairs loft. The ground floor includes a guest suite with a sheltered terrace in the back. The second floor contains the master suite, library, and a roof deck overlooking the front garden. A two-story space is carved out of the base bypasses the secondary uses, and connects the entry to the loft via an open steel stair.
