Originally a residence, this 1890 Victorian was for a time a neighborhood market. Later, it required corrugated galvanized siding, earning the structure its popular name the Tinhouse. In the 1990's a significant addition and remodel was completed for a small press publishing group. The design for the addition, also covered in corrugated galvanized siding was comprised of a large three story gallery, entry and a new stairway to join the remodeled offices, meeting rooms and upstairs guest suite to a new adjacent writer-in-residence studio
