Description
This exterior mid “1970’s Northwest Contemporary” was in desperate need of a makeover and that’s what we did. At the same time we removed an old decaying cedar deck in the rear as well as the homes upper decks and added a new outdoor living area. The new main covered entry, siding, roofing and paint colors help bring this home into the current century. This Project won an award for Best Exterior/ Outdoor Living/ Deck Remodel for 2007, at the Remodeling Excellence Awards, Home Builders Association of Portland Oregon.
