shipley architects — Aspen, Co
Pitkin County Overlook is located above Maroon Creek in Aspen, Colorado. Shipley Architects led the restoration of a 1965 modernist home and added new living and bedroom areas. The extension is distinguished by its fiber-cement board siding in white and blue-gray tones, creating continuity between the original structure and its contemporary update.
