The studio
We envision our office as a fun, collaborative working environment where clients, consultants and tradespeople are all active team members.
At GBA we specialize in complicated, budget-driven projects. We have combined experience of over a hundred years!
GBA takes pride in doing more for less. When does $175 = $110? Many owners are realizing the value of design teams assembled from smaller firms with the same knowledge base as their larger downtown peers, but without the stifling overhead costs.
Think outside the box. GBA's considerable experience with regulatory agencies helps identify and circumvent permit challenges. We understand the value in sustainable approach with the site, building, and resource use by integrating creative design solutions with holistic ecological thinking.
