Designed by Steve Kent, the Brentwood house was completed in 2011 in the Brentwood neighborhood. The project responds to its Californian setting through a contemporary interpretation of residential design, with spaces organized to make use of natural light. The architectural approach emphasizes clarity in form and modern detailing throughout the home.
