Ward + Blake Architects
Bringing dynamic, charismatic architecture down to earth.
Ward + Blake Architects was built on a distinctive vision: Be provocative in thought, flexible in nature, and disciplined in execution. Since 1996, Ward + Blake have been creating homes and public spaces that reference the land and the history of the region while also embracing cutting-edge construction materials and techniques.
We serve a discerning clientele of companies and individuals who seek to capture the independent spirit of the West in their spaces. The firm strives to engage each client’s unique taste, lifestyle and sense of humor, to capture their desires and make cost and practicality compatible with creative design. A rewarding achievement of timeless eloquence.
While we focus on your vision, we take great delight in offering some pleasant discoveries along the way. Our surprises will be unexpected elements and solutions that will be enjoyed by all. Discover innovations—such as sod roofs, hand-thrown Venetian plaster, carbon fiber reinforcing and our patented, stabilized Rammed Earth “EarthWall” process.
We offer a unique combination of disciplined, practical creativity. Our technical expertise backs up our designs, ensuring that our imaginative ideas can physically be built… and on a given budget.
