Description
The constraints of the small site inspired locating the residence against the side alley to promote a large, usable side yard, and to provide a access to a lower level garage. At the street, the residence mirrors the essential eave height and gable roof form of its neighbors, but as the roof rises its form becomes an asymmetrical vault that encloses a master bedroom with a panoramic view.
