Homeowners use Architects List to find residential architects through built work. Many firms are already listed with projects we’ve published. Claiming your profile is free, and it puts you in charge of it.
The biggest difference
Homeowners can start a conversation with any firm on Architects List. When a firm hasn’t claimed its profile, those messages come to us, and we forward them by hand, usually within one business day.
Once your firm is verified, messages go directly to your inbox with the homeowner’s email as the reply-to address, so you can answer while they’re still deciding. Homeowners see that their message goes straight to you before they send it.
Add and reorder projects, fix photos and credits, and keep your team and firm details current. Changes publish immediately.
Explain what a first conversation with you looks like: the format, whether there’s a fee, what to have ready and when to expect a reply. It appears on your profile, where homeowners decide whether to reach out.
Open to new projects, taking a waitlist or booked out, with a short note and an end date, so homeowners know where you stand before they write.
Project types, how you deliver work and where you practice, so the right homeowners find you and the wrong ones don’t.
Add a small “Featured on Architects List” badge to your website, linking to your published projects.
