We like to think of the architect’s role as that of a ‘creative enabler’, and we embrace a team approach from the initial schematic concepts through the development of construction documents, and ultimately through the construction phase...”rnrnProjects recently completed include the restoration and renovation of the ASM International Headquarters, a masterwork of collaboration between Cleveland modernist architect John Terrence Kelly and the noted inventor and designer, R. Buckminster Fuller. Constructed in 1959, the ASM building is the first “modern” historical project in Ohio to be restored with the support of the National Parks Service and State of Ohio state and federal tax-credit funding program, and was re-occupied by ASM in August of 2011.rnrnConstruction is underway for the second phase of residences at the 11 River Townhouses development in Rocky River, Ohio, featuring eleven dramatic waterfront residences fronting the Rocky River. The five residences in the first phase of the project will be occupied in the spring of 2012, and the second phase should be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2013. rn
