Baan Design

BAAN is a small full-service residential building design practice. We are devoted to our clients and dedicated to our projects from conception to completion-starting with schematic design, working through construction drawings and ending in construction administration. Every project brings a unique set of circumstances, including specific programmatic goals, site considerations, methods of construction, type of materials, and local code requirements. All of these must be carefully balanced within the context of the project budget and schedule. We approach every project with an open-mind and we embrace the challenge of considering all of these issues throughout the design process while never losing site of the human element.
