Studio One Architeture — Atlanta, Georgia
Greenland Road Residence is located on the elevated portion of an undulating Atlanta property and navigates the constraints of narrow setbacks, easements, and site buffers. Designed by Studio One Architecture for a multi-generational family, the plan arranges discrete public and private zones within an open layout. The residence is composed of two primary volumes that overlap and shift past each other, generating a sequence of interconnected indoor and outdoor rooms, each oriented to capture framed views of the surroundings. The house is sited along an east-west topographic axis to take advantage of site conditions and natural daylight.
