The Belmont Country Club project features a modern single-story home with flat roof and glass-paneled garage door.

Belmont Country Club is a residential renovation project by GTL Architecture & Interiors, located in Belmont. The brief focused on updating an existing home after three years of occupancy, aiming to enhance both its street presence and the experience of the surrounding landscape. The project addressed underutilized space and the connection between indoor and outdoor living areas, in response to its hillside setting and potential for expanded views. The design introduced a new color palette for the street-facing facade, a revised entry sequence, and a glass-and-aluminum garage door. Main living areas were reoriented to maximize the hillside outlook, with larger windows installed in the dining and living rooms. A new 500-square-foot deck extends these spaces outdoors. The lower level previously used as crawlspace was converted into more than 800 square feet of additional living area, including a family room, bedroom, and office, providing functional expansion within the existing footprint. Materials and spatial arrangements were chosen to create continuity between old and new elements throughout the home.
