Spence House Design

Spence House Design, by Metcalfe Architecture & Design, is a modern residence located in Cornwall, Connecticut. The site, set within woodland, called for a straightforward home organized to facilitate the owner's daily routines and connection with the outdoors. Interior spaces are arranged to alternate between moments of containment and openness, offering both close and distant views. The house features high ceilings, sustainable materials, and areas of vibrant color within a simple overall form.
