Carpinteria Foothills

Our client came to us with their amazing Carpinteria foothill view property. Their goal was to create a contemporary home that is the perfect backdrop to the dramatic ocean and mountain views… a special place for indoor-outdoor living. We worked closely with them to carefully place the spaces of their home to take best advantage of the unique vistas and natural features of their land… to create a home that’s nestled within and preserves the longstanding oak trees. We selected warm inviting materials of native sandstone, wood and plaster that are complementary to the colors and textures of the natural site. Our goal is to create timeless architecture that is the perfect fit for the unique needs of our clients and their site environment.
