A stepped configuration shapes the profile, with each level forming an accessible deck, including a prominent roof deck. The roof, constructed from energy-efficient cool roof material, is highly visible from Mulholland Drive and gives the house a unified appearance. Access is organized via generous stairs that allow a gradual, open ascent of thirty-six feet, linking the terraced platforms discreetly into the site.
