Cow Hollow Residence

In collaboration with our developer client, Martinkovic Milford Architects transformed a three-story house into a sophisticated urban sanctuary built for living and entertaining. A light-filled central staircase acts as the home's anchor, bringing vertical order, natural daylight, and formal clarity to the open-plan layout. A penthouse opens to third story terraces and sweeping Bay views. The final result is a perfect alignment of design vision and development reality—a tranquil, high-elevation home that feels both intimate and grand.
