Designed for a growing family in Denver’s Sunnyside neighborhood, this guesthouse is sited carefully next to a historic residence built in 1895. The familiar gabled form of the new structure takes cues from historic shed buildings to avoid distracting from the existing home’s architecture while providing a quietly designed backdrop for the property’s garden landscapes. Served as lead designer on the project while previously working with Raw Creative.
