Andersson Wise Architects Residence on Mount Barker

Description

The project design establishes controlled views on a dramatic site and creates a gallery for the client’s art collection. The western façade is made of several screened exterior spaces that overlook Lake Austin and the hill country beyond. Interior walls of plaster allow varying shadow and light play throughout the house during the course of the day. Large apertures frame views of the live oak canopy.
