Description
The house’s defining high contrast material palette of white stucco, ebonized wood siding, and deep purple brick carries throughout the interior. White walls, dark stained floors, and contrasting tiles highlight the rich tones of walnut accents. The central stair provides a sculptural anchor for the main public spaces which flow openly from kitchen and dining to sunken living room. A partially detached cabana creates a protected outdoor kitchen adjacent to the pool while the cabana roof serves as a spacious terrace for the master suite above.
