A restrained interior palette of hickory flooring, alder cabinetry, and pine wall paneling creates warmth and continuity throughout the home. On the outside, thermally modified red oak sourced from Pennsylvania forests provides a durable, chemical-free cladding that will gracefully weather over time. Constructed using a panelized building system, the home combines off-site precision with rapid on-site assembly. Together with a highly insulated building envelope, these strategies support long-term performance while reinforcing the home's deep connection to place.
