A remodel in the Montlake neighborhood that tried to respect the design integrity of the original structure, while updating the interior spaces to accomodate a growing young family. While there were minimal changes to the actual shell of the house, many of the existing interior walls were relocated or opened to help provide for a more open layout, providing a stronger tie to the rear yard.
