Cove House, completed by Leroy Street Studio in 2023, addresses a sensitive site by dividing its program into three smaller volumes. Two primary masses are partially embedded into the hillside, while an underground tunnel links them and contains the library. The approach aims to minimize the home's visual impact and preserve surrounding views.
