LUBOWICKI ARCHITECTURE — Denver, Colorado

BOUNDLESS Home features a modern exterior with black paneling, stone chimney, and large windows illuminated at sunset.

Located in Denver, Colorado, BOUNDLESS Home by LUBOWICKI ARCHITECTURE responds to a traditional residential context with a focus on integration and movement. The project was conceived to harmonize with its neighborhood, referencing the local architectural language through material and massing. The exterior employs stonework that recalls the prevalent brick construction of the area, while stone site walls direct movement toward the entrance. Spatial flow is emphasized both horizontally—connecting interiors with outdoor spaces—and vertically, linking the basement with a rooftop deck. A cantilevered roof form shelters the entrance and underscores the transition from exterior to interior. Architectural elements were chosen for their ability to foster continuity between the home and its surroundings.
