Bellaire Porch House

A LEED Certified home in an urban Houston community utilizes Lake/Flato’s Porch House as a point of departure for a custom home designed for the specific needs of the family. Living and sleeping wings wrap and define courtyards to maximize indoor/outdoor connections and outdoor living. High durability and sustainability goals were key to material and systems selections.
