The layout positions the house close to the street on the lakeside edge, with a terrace and landscaped gardens mediating the transition to the water. Main living functions—including the kitchen, dining, and living rooms—occupy the ground floor, while bedrooms are arranged above and guest accommodations or a home office are located on the lower level. Vertical circulation is organized around a wood stair with a steel railing, acting as a central spatial element. The architecture is defined by simple shed roof forms and exterior cladding of rough-sawn vertical cedar, coupled with large aluminum-framed windows that connect interior spaces to the lakeside landscape. Together, these elements articulate a contemporary approach, responding to both site and views.
