First Lamp Architecture Construction — Airport Way South Seattle, WA

The Ravenna House features black window frames, stucco walls, and an open covered patio connecting indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Ravenna House, designed by First Lamp Architecture Construction, is situated on Airport Way South in Seattle. Conceived for a young family, the project reinterprets a modern home within the constraints of a narrow lot, while maintaining a sense of traditional character. The site retained the raised foundation of the original structure, setting the new home above street level. Added retaining walls along the sidewalk establish an entry courtyard, further defining exterior spaces for seasonal use and casual gatherings. The detached garage frames a private backyard, shaping a sheltered courtyard at the rear of the property.
