CABANA LANE

Cabana Lane is a 6,000-square-foot residence in Dallas, Texas, designed by Studio Park Architecture with consultancy from M&E Development. The project responds to its urban location and fulfills a brief for a spacious, contemporary home that accommodates various functions suited to a modern family lifestyle. The design employs a series of interconnected living and gathering spaces arranged to maximize natural light throughout the interior. Studio Park Architecture integrated outdoor connections through large glazing and exterior access points, addressing both privacy and openness as required by the site and program. The residence uses a material palette characteristic of contemporary projects in the region, selected to withstand Dallas’s climate and match the scale of the surrounding neighborhood.
